Mental Health Peer Support Group

Peer Support Group

A peer support group is a gathering of individuals who share a common experience or issue, such as living with ADHD. In these groups, members offer each other support, understanding, and advice based on their own experiences. Peer support groups provide a safe space where individuals can share challenges, strategies, and successes. They can be particularly helpful for those seeking emotional support, practical advice from others in similar situations, or a sense of community.

We meet Mondays at 11am Eastern Time, online.
